RaiseRoom Truth Matrix: investor-ready gate, five chapters with scores

Own your raise from one place.

01 · Truth Matrix

Too earlyNot readyAlmostPitch-readyInvestor-readyREADINESS SCORE

Know exactly where you stand

Five chapters, a score each, three gates, and the one next step with the highest leverage. A market analysis built bottom-up, a competitor analysis: who they compare you to, and where you win. Your business model, challenged before an investor does. Every fact with source, confidence and date.

02 · Equity Story

11 SECTIONS

Build the story, then rehearse the call

Eleven sections, each with an action title and its sources. Then the talk track and the questions a VC will fire at you, answered from your own numbers. When the story and the numbers stand, a lightweight pitch deck is easy to build.

03 · Investors

200 GRADED INVESTORS FOR YOU

Find, brief and track the right ones

Your top 200 from 2,800+, graded against your Truth Matrix. Behind each fund: the partners, what they look for, and how to approach them. From longlist to the pipeline: outreach, briefing, term sheet.

The market is full of investor matchmaking tools.
And startups still lose the round,
because there is:

No playbook

The expensive way, €30k

You are raising for the first time. You do not know where to start, what to prepare, or what investors will look at. The people who do know sit behind gatekeepers: advisors and interim CFOs, weeks of lead time, a five-figure cost.

What was missing? Expertise, plain and simple.

Founder, Seed, DACH

No time

The do-it-yourself way, 2 a.m.

Your runway says it is time to raise, right when the product has momentum. So you sit there at 2 a.m. with a spreadsheet and a half-built financial model, when you would rather focus on product, sales and marketing.

I don't have the time to do this myself, and a fundraising advisor costs too much.

Founder, Seed, DACH

No story

One shot, no second chance

You feel it before the first calls: the story is not tight yet, and investors notice you are not at 100 percent. A first meeting is rarely granted twice. If it goes badly, that investor does not come back this round.

Seed we closed on relationships. For the Series A they wanted numbers we did not have ready.

Founder, Series A, DACH

Investor ready.
In hours, not weeks.

You bring what exists. Out comes the standard an investor holds you to, encoded from €50M+ of raises.

What founders who raised with us say.

Thank you so much, Andreas Hell. Your strategic guidance and calm head were clutch in getting this round over the line. It was a blast crunching numbers and jumping on those early-morning & late-night calls together. Happy to team up with you again in a heartbeat!

FAQ

Who is RaiseRoom for?

Every startup that plans to raise at some point. Most of all founders who want to start their raise soon, or who are mid-raise and notice the conversations are not going the way they imagined. In truth you are always in fundraising mode, so it pays to always be properly prepared.

Do investors see my profile?

No. There is no marketplace here and no investor logged in. The investor list is yours: your top 200 from 2,800+ DACH investors, graded against your facts, and you decide who ever hears from you.

What does it cost?

The rollout price is €499 instead of €999: one-time, six months of access, excl. VAT. We walk you through it on the demo call.

What happens after the six months?

One-time payment, six months of access. After six months, access ends. An extension is always possible.

How long does it take?

You bring what exists. Out comes the standard an investor holds you to, encoded from €50M+ of raises. In hours, not weeks.

What does one bad first meeting cost?

You get the first conversation with an investor exactly once. If it goes badly, that investor does not come back this round, and every week you spend recovering is runway.

Why not just use ChatGPT?

ChatGPT does not always have the latest information, it does not have all the information, and it cannot think your raise through end to end. A lot of what it produces is generic or invented, and you are never working from a single source of truth. RaiseRoom is built on exactly that: your facts, each with source, confidence and date.

What is Finn?

Finn is your 24/7 sparring chat inside RaiseRoom. He answers from your own numbers: the questions a VC will fire at you, where you break first, and the one next step with the highest leverage.

What if we are too early?

Then we will say so. A founder who has no raise in sight does not need this yet, and selling it to them helps nobody. Come back when there is a date in the calendar.

Can you guarantee we raise?

No, and we do not claim it. Readiness improves the signal an investor evaluates. It does not decide their fund strategy, their timing or their thesis.

Own your raise.

Thirty minutes with Andreas, on your company instead of a demo account. You see where your raise stands, and if it is too early, we say so.

Not ready to talk? Once or twice a month we write about what actually gets asked in investor meetings.
